Manny Maceda is the worldwide managing partner of Bain & Company. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm's strategy, team and operations across Bain's global network of 50+ offices. Manny leads the firm in its mission to deliver the best client results in the management consulting industry.
Manny currently leads Bain's global Full Potential Transformation practice and is a member of the firm's board of directors. He has held numerous leadership positions at Bain, including chairman of Bain's Asia-Pacific region, global leader of the Performance Improvement and Reengineering practices and leader of the global recruiting team. He has also been a member of the firm's Management, Nominating and Global Operating Committees.
Manny's broad global experience and knowledge of developing markets has been instrumental in Bain's success and growth across the globe. He is currently based in San Francisco, where he has been on the forefront of helping companies that lead in the changing digital landscape.
In his nearly three decades of being a leader in the management consulting industry, Manny has worked with some of the most prominent CEOs and senior management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues.
He specializes in full potential transformations involving mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, organization, performance improvement, strategy and Results Delivery?, Bain's proprietary change management process. Additionally, he has worked with clients across a range of industries, including energy, retail, industrial products, financial services, technology and private equity.
Manny holds a Master of Science in management from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering (magna cum laude) from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Bain he worked in engineering for leading chemical and petroleum corporations.
