Material Properties

Nitrile Rubber (NBR): Exhibits excellent resistance to oil, water, solvents, and high-pressure hydraulic fluids.

Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR): Offers superior abrasion resistance compared to standard nitrile rubber, with outstanding corrosion resistance, tensile strength, tear resistance, and compression set. Resistant to ozone and weathering. Suitable for use in laundry detergents or dishwashing liquids.

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM): Excellent weather and ozone resistance, outstanding water and chemical resistance. Compatible with alcohols and ketones. Resists high-temperature steam and exhibits good gas impermeability.

SILICONE: Excellent tensile strength, tear resistance, and elasticity. Resists neutral solvents, ozone, oxidation, corrosion, and extreme temperatures.

FKM (Fluorocarbon Rubber): Withstands heat up to 250°C. Resists most oils and solvents, particularly all acids, aliphatic oils, aromatic hydrocarbons, and animal fats.

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ): Suitable for specialized applications requiring resistance to oxygenated chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, and chlorinated solvents.

CR: Resistant to R12 refrigerant, flame-retardant, chemically resistant, suitable for components exposed to atmospheric conditions, sunlight, and ozone.
